We encourage all owners to enroll in direct deposit. If you would like to receive your monthly royalty payment by ACH, you must first register to receive your monthly statements on EnergyLink at www.EnergyLink.com and also complete and return the Direct Deposit Form directly to us at RevenueRelations@texasarc.com.

Checks are not issued until the balance due to an owner reaches $25 USD.

Revenue checks are typically disbursed on or about the 20th of each month, as long as the amount is above the $25 minimum.

United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery is the most common reason for delayed receipt of payments made by check.  If you have recently moved, please visit our change of address section for instructions on how to update your address on file.

If neither of these applies, please email us at RevenueRelations@texasarc.com.  You may be required to submit a written authorization to stop payment and reissue the check.

If your check has not been received or if you suspect that it may have been lost or misplaced, please email us at RevenueRelations@texasarc.com to request a stop payment and reissuance.
