Vice President – Reservoir
Mr. Cluver joined TARC in 2015 and is responsible for the company’s reserves estimation and reporting, project economics, and A&D economics. He has over 12 years of experience in reservoir engineering, well testing, and A&D assessment and valuation. Mr. Cluver began his career spending three years with Schlumberger in the Drilling & Measurements group working as an LWD engineer both offshore in the Gulf of Mexico and on US Land, and then one year with KSI doing geo-mechanical modeling and real-time pore pressure prediction during drilling operations in the North Sea. He then moved into reservoir engineering, focused on well test evaluation for conventional reservoirs around the world at DRC. While with DRC he was tasked with leading the company into pre-frac well testing in unconventional reservoirs, which quickly became the company’s main source of revenue. Mr. Cluver then moved to Chesapeake as a reservoir engineer, spending time in both their Utica and Eagle Ford plays where he evaluated several large A&D opportunities, modeled project economics, and forecasted reserves.
Mr. Cluver graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry.
