David Honeycutt -- President

Mr. Honeycutt is the Founder and principal shareholder of Texas American Resources Company ("TARC"). Mr. Honeycutt brings a broad understanding of the oil and gas industry and specializes in the areas of project finance and property acquisitions. Under his leadership, TARC has developed from a one-man operation to a significant independent producer with geographically diverse portfolio of producing properties. Over the years, Mr. Honeycutt has overseen numerous acquisitions and divestitures totaling $185 million.

Mr. Honeycutt is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government. He is a member of the IPAMS, the Houston Producers' Forum and is a Roustabout member of the IPAA. Mr. Honeycutt currently serves on the Development Board at the University of Texas at Austin and was actively involved in the Hogg Auditorium Restoration on the University of Texas campus.
